The region experienced generally fine and warmweather throughout the growing season. Most redsshowed high colour and tannin with good acid levelsproducing some superb Shiraz with great depth ofcolour and rich flavour.
Colour and Bouquet
Inky purple red. Heady notes, white pepper, black-currant and spice.
Palate
Dark, brooding, fleshy and intense. A layered palateof spice, dark berries and chocolatey charactersenhanced by well integrated oak.
