One of the coolest summers on record. The idyllic autumn conditions provided slow and even ripening. Reds showed clear varietal characters and tannins that indicate their potential for long term cellaring.
Aromatic and lifted offering distinctly varietal characters of licorice and nutmeg.
Palate
Ample, concentrated plum and raspberry flavours are enhanced by firm rounded tannins leading to a persistent finish.
